Service Dog Program

Service Dogs are one of the highest training stages in training your dog.

In our Service Dog Program we will do training 90% in public places, stores and going to the airport. We try to prepare your dog for everything possible to make sure your dog and you are best prepared and your dog is not reactive towards anything.

Requirement of this is basic obedience and a very good bond between dog and his handler.

My personal expectations for Service Dogs are very high and I want them to show extraordinary behavior and obedience when asked and performing their tasks properly.

This program is to pass the public access test, it will not include to learn your dog perform their specific Service Dog task.

Please message us specifically for task related questions.

FAQ

WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR ME TO BOOK MY DOG FOR SERVICE DOG TRAINING?

Service dog training availability fills up quickly. A 30% non-refundable deposit is due in order to secure your dog’s spot. We recommend booking as early as possible.

CAN EVERY DOG BE A SERVICE DOG?

No — not every dog is a suitable service dog candidate. This is why it’s necessary to evaluate your dog first in different situations.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO TRAIN MY DOG AS A SERVICE DOG?

This answer depends on the dog. I have a general idea of how long we will need to train him to be obedient in public with distractions. The biggest thing to know is training never ends. You will still need to follow up and train your dog daily.
